Food for the strong for the week (or for today):



06/15/2021 Vegetable Medley    ---    (vegan) Food for today  

Vegetables: Broccoli, Brussel sprouts, Cauliflower, Potato, Tomato, plus 2 spicy vegan wheatballs (fit for a US President who likes 'a little something more' on spaghetti).

So, let's say that we make the whole wheat or vegetable-based or bean-based spaghetti and top it with finely diced vegetables, tomato sauce, and spicy vegan wheatballs. That would IMO* be delicious! *IOO - in our opinion(s)
